The research on the bed and breakfast in New Orleans is growing cold but I am quite determined to find that place -- I would want to stay in there for the entire period that I am going to stay in New Orleans. The observations in such a place will make a few short stories that I plan to write later on -- I have been playing around with the idea of another haunted ghost story and I have done that with the peice that I have posted on diary-x titled Derailed. I have been facinated with the story of the train accident which killed 11 people on the train and the haunting idea that 11 is a number that haunts our minds since the September Horror. The question which comes to mind if they rebuilt the center does one think it will actually be haunted? I am sure this question sits in my mind for a while though and will sit in the mind for time to come. I plan to write some more into this journal when I return from Louisianna; though I have been waiting for the right thing to come along to write in this journal then will be picking up a book on hauntings in Northern Illinois because I want to look into the campground that is haunted in Lake County.

I thought of that too.....any rebuilding on the WTC site would have to be haunted as hell.  That's some heavy force/power/history/disturbance there....

Are you talking about the haunted schoolhouse in cedar lake?  Oh, and while i am on the subject, in renselear indana or somewhere around there is  perpetual haunting that i got to witness, the lantern man.  If you know anything about that I am interested and if you dont know about it i can dig up what i know.

why do older ghosts with a history scare people more then new ones say...for example i would not be scared to walk around in the new wtc if they built one but i would be deathly afriad to enter a home built in the 1900s where a lot of deaths took place, why is this so and do you know where iam comming from??

FINALLY, someone who does what I want to do someday!  I've been constantly reading books on the paranormal and hopefully will build a career out of the subject someday.  I'm still in high school, but I definitely know that studying the paranormal is my calling.  Thank you so much for your site; you're an inspiration!
